Thank you for shopping at FlowMoto. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom or personalized products
• Items marked as final sale
• Opened or used products

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact us at flowmoto@gmail.com to arrange the exchange.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
